Groovy Little Movers is passionate about enabling young children to develop their full potential, learning through music, movement, and song. Our holistic approach to learning captures children’s attention and imagination, developing their coordination and creativity alongside listening, language, numeracy, and social skills.
What We Offer
Classes

A Groovy Little Movers teacher delivers face to face classes for Nursery or Reception aged children (25 - 40 mins depending on age).

Maximum group size is always 15 (with a staff member in attendance).

Minimum booking is 2 hours.

A suitable space is required.

All props and instruments will be provided.
Continued Professional Development

A 2 hour in-person session focusing on how Groovy Little Movers’ music and movement supports and delivers the 3 prime areas of the EYFS curriculum.

Your staff will leave knowing 6 Groovy Little Movers songs and a host of creative ideas, teaching tips and strategies that they can take into their classroom.

Workshops are interactive and enable teachers to try out ideas and discuss their unique cohort and so gain support for how to implement Groovy Little Movers for maximum impact.

The combination of in person classes, followed by in person training and access to online video and music resources, provides a supportive framework for teachers as they embed Groovy Little Movers into their curriculum.
Parent & Community Workshops

Parents, carers and interested members of your community are invited to participate in a fun, interactive and immersive workshop.

Great way for your community to learn and understand more about the Groovy Way.

Workshops are 60 or 90 minutes long and are suitable for a max of 25 participants, depending on space.

Includes all original music, props, and instruments.
SEND

Bespoke 1 to 1, or small group intervention classes for children with SEND.

Groovy Little Movers' multi-sensory approach to learning and development enables children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to learn and thrive. Our props, music and songs support the development of communication and language, physical skills and emotional and social well-being.
